We have just installed a new material cutting technology. It is a KASTO high-speed CNC circular saw for cutting all types of material (including stainless steel) up to 153 mm diameter with automatic sorting at the output. With this investment we have dramatically increased the productivity of material cutting. One more of these saws will follow, also with robotic removal of parts and placing them on transport pallets. This will spare the machine operators the laborious process of removing the blanks and placing them in crates. In some cases, the semi-finished product weighs up to 20 kg.
